Plumb Leads the Way With 781 Triple

Larry Plumb fired 781 (290 - 98 pins over average - 245-246) in Lambton County Tenpin Association bowling action to record the week’s high triple. He was participating in the 1046 Mixed League at Marcin Bowl, bowling on lanes 33 & 34. He finished the night 205 pins over his average for his three games.

Jo Ellen Beveridge bowled 678 (195-255-228) in the Sarnia Reserve Mixed League at Marcin Bowl to record the women’s high triple of the week.

The men’s upper scores were Ken McLeod 533 (218), Harold Peters 487 (180), Wayne Rankin 468 and Tom Taylor 174. In the Hi-Way Junior division, the girls’ notable scores were Isadora Tremblay 410 (159), Kaela Koundakjian 390 (137), Shayla Crouse 364 and Paisley Wood 313 (138). The boys’ main scores were Devon Crowe 530, Ben Lapointe 523 (209), Nick Lapointe 507 (200), Dalton Crowe 479 (199) and Joel Graham 195.

In the Hi-Way Senior Preps division, the girls’ top scores were Katarena Vandeguchte 338 (114-113) and Emily Harris 299 (116). The boys’ high bowlers were Nic Peckham 410 (142-136) and Cole Barber 393 (137-136).

In the Hi-Way Junior Preps division, the girls’ high scores were Amber Watson 298 (108), Lyndsay Amerlinck 286, MacKayla Beauvais 253 (104) and Jordann Eaton 250 (100). The boys’ top wheelers were Brodie McKinley 321 (119), Chad Crouse 310 (127), Alex Bourassa 260 (93) and Gavin Baillie 243.

In the Marcin SMAA Youth Senior/Intermediate division, the ladies’ upper scores were Rachel McGrath 646 (208-243), Nicole Emery 387 (166) and Kira Pelkie 175. The gents’ top scores were Jordan Croskery 628 (227), Colin Hanley 575 (210) and Matt Disper 173.

In the Marcin SMAA Juniors division, the girls’ best scores Mikayla Durley 424 (158-160), Morgan Pelkie 421 (170), Gillian Webb 376 (141) and Cara Cullis 149. The boys’ top wheelers were Joshua Trott 526 (185), Aiden Osbourne 404, Lucas Pawley 393 (145) and Dawson Yates-Stran 155.
