OHA Helps/SafeTALK Meeting Saturday in Stratford

CAMBRIDGE, ON – The Ontario Hockey Association (OHA) is pleased to announce that the first ever OHA Helps SafeTALK training, developed by LivingWorks, will be held this Saturday (October 26) in Stratford in partnership with the Stratford Cullitons.


The Cullitons organization is one of many teams who have shown interest to host a clinic and increase the awareness of suicide and suicide prevention in their community. The team begins their training and educational components on Saturday in the Stratford Kiwanis Community Centre beginning at 1pm. Earlier on in the morning, pre-registered members of the community will take part in the SafeTALK program.


The OHA Board of Directors along with OHA Staff Members attended the SafeTALK program on October 9th as part of the OHA’s commitment to their program.
