Perry's 3 on 3 Week 1 Results - Novice

Perry's 3 on 3 Hockey opened their season this week.  In this fast pace game each team goes 3 on 3 for 1/2 hour games. 

 

The Novice Division was first to start on Monday.  Sentry Fire came up with two wins the first over Hazlitt Steeves Harris Dunn with a final score of 12 - 6 and the second they won with a final 15 - 5 over Co-Operators.  Hazlitt Steeves Harris Dunn earned their first in their second game of the night against Co-Operators in a close battle that ended with a final score 9 - 8.  All Season Concrete edged out KV Sheet Metal 2 - 1 in their first game of the season, but later fell to Stokes Inland 9 - 6.  KV Metal also took their first win over Stokes Inland downing them with a final score of 7 - 2.  (note game sheets not available to report players goals)

 

The Novice Division played a second night on Friday due to the upcoming holiday.


All Season Concrete vs Hazlitt Steeves Harris Dunn

In the first game it was a close contest with Hazlitt Steeves Harris Dunn defeating All Season Concrete 8 - 7. Madox Bois led Hazlitt in the scoring with 4 goals with Jack Morningstar scoring 2 and singles by Finton Allen and Jaxson Mader.  For All Seasons Steven Switzer scored three, Casyn Foster 2 and singles by Kade St. Pierre and Gavin Fraser.  Peyton Cudney earned the win in net for Hazlitt taking the loss in this close game was Logan Hachey.


All Season Concrete vs Sentry Fire

In game 2 Sentry Fire dominated with a 16 - 4 win over All Season Concrete.  At the end of regulation time Sentry Fire led 11 - 4 but were allowed penalty shots which they scored 5 more goals.  Scoring for Sentry Fire were Tanner Winegard, Adam Maitland and Calder Winegard who each scored 4 goal. Layton Meyer scored 3 and Brady Hutton scored 1.  Casyn Foster and Steven Switzer each put in 2 goals for All Season Concrete. Garry Bennett earned the win in net for Sentry Fire.

Sentry Fire vs Hazlitt Steeves Harris Dunn

Sentry Fire continue to dominate in their second game of the night with a 14 - 4 win over Hazlitt.  Calder Winegard was the leading goal scorer for Sentry Fire with 4 goals followed by Adam Maitland and Tanner Winegard each scoring 3.  Brady Hutton put 2 in the net and Layton scored his first with a single.
 

KV Sheet Metal vs Co-Operators

KV Sheet Metal came out on top over The Co-Operators with a final score of 11 - 2.  Scoring 4 goals each in the win were Alexander Simpson and Jaxon Belay and Liam Campbell scored 2 and a single by Jevin Wark.  Trent Loxton and Garrett Glover scored for The Co-Operators.  Caiden Smith earned the win in this battle, Adam Kabat who was peppered with goals stood tall in net for The Co-Operators.

 

Stokes Inland vs KV Sheet Metal
KV continued the win streak taking a 12 - 4 win over Stokes Inland.  Scoring for KV were Jevin Wark with 3, Jaxon Belay, Cole Clothier each scored a pair and singles by Charlie Kerwin, Alexander Simpson, Deegan Smith, Jonathan Flamminio and Aaron Snider.  Trever Anderson led Stokes with 2 goals  and singles by Liam Marut and Geremia Nappi.

 

Co-Operators vs Stokes Inland

It was a close match up between Co-Operators and Stokes with Co-Operators taking a 7 - 5 win.  Joshua Glavin was the top goal score scoring a hat trick in the win.  Connor Bracewell netted 2 goals and singles by Trent Loxton and Garrett.  Trever Anderson also scored a hat trick for Stokes and singles by Geremia Nappi and Nash Lane.  Great work by netminders Adam Kabat earning the win and Carter Larocque for Stokes.
