Trio Are This Week Top Bowlers

Bowling Scores for Week of Dec 13

 

Kyle Adamson, Melissa Crowe and Steve Lewicki are the top bowlers
in the Lambton County Tenpin Association bowling report this week.

          Adamson wheeled 737 (260-256) in the Bluewater Monday Night Men’s League at Marcin Bowl to record the men’s high triple.

          Crowe bowled 662 (258) in the Tuesday Night Ladies League at Marcin Bowl to record the ladies high triple.

          Lewicki won Marcin Bowl Shoot Out Three defeating Jim Lapointe 220-207 in the final game. For the second time in the first three Shoot Out tournaments, the low qualifier bowler was able to defeat his opponents in four match play games to end up in the victory circle. Thirty-five brave souls participated in the tournament, playing on the challenging PBA Scorpion oil pattern lane conditions. The top sixteen bowlers who entered match play competition were Glenn Crowe 603 (204-217), Joe Borody 581 (245), Jim Creasor 578 (200), Kyle Adamson 574 (200), Pam Marciniszyn 572 (205), Roy Mezzatesta 561 (213), Jim Lapointe 560 (202), George Reid 560, Rod Honke 553 (205), Ben Lapointe 545 (245), Kevin McMillan 541, Justin Parkkila 540 (211), Bill Cole 536, Todd Amerlinck 531, Brett Zevenbergen 525 (206) and Steve Lewicki 519. Mike Marciniszyn was at the top position below the cut line with 517 (223). Marcin Bowl Shoot Out Four will be held on Tuesday January 6th at 6:30.

         Dan Vandermeer tossed 734 (259-258) in Marcin Border City Men’s League rivalry. He was pursued by Mike Mezzatesta 706 (257-259), Shane Chipman 683 (278 – 77 pins over average), Kevin McMillan 671 (231-235), Roy Mezzatesta 667 (244-238),  Stephane Sirois 665 (226-238), Dean Troiani 664 (257), Rob Vandermeer 653 (245), Dan Chopp 652 (227-256), Jim Burgess 257, Rod Honke 235, Tim Hutton 235, Mark Brooker 228, Roger Croteau 224 and Al Mitchel 219.          In the Marcin SMAA Juniors division, the girls’ best scores were Morgan Pelkie 489 (189), Hollie-Anne Jean 394 (142) and Rachel Font-Young 390 (144). On the boys’ side, the main scores were Aiden Osborn 514 (187), Jacob Bestard 440 (168) and Ethan Boucher 150.

        In the Marcin SMAA Preps division, the boys’ upper scores were Kole Parkkila 473 (162-194 – 88 pins over average – 155 pins over average for three games), Cam Parkkila 373 (156), Ryan Pinel 333, Jaden Gare 332 and Jordan Button’s 132 single. Emily Power was tops for the girls with 244 (93).

        In the Marcin SMAA Senior Bantams division, leading scores were Mya Hanley 244 (98), Cecelia Rochon 225 (87), Taylor Button 202 (72) and Brody Manley 197 (74).
