Kyra Lester Rolls First 700 Triple

Bowling scores for week of March 29, 2014

Sixteen year old Kyra Lester had a very memorable night as she experienced the excitement of bowling her first 700 triple. She tossed 701 (247-246-208) in the 1046 Mixed League at Marcin Bowl in Lambton County Tenpin Association bowling action this week. The 160 average bowler was 221 pins above average for her three games. She is one of the many fine bowlers coming up through the ranks of the youth bowling programs at Hi-Way Bowl and Marcin Bowl.

Larry Plumb also had an honourable night in the 1046 Mixed League as he bowled 815 (279-258-278) on lanes 27 & 28 recording his career 6th 800 series.

Pam Marciniszyn rolled 705 (247-237-221) in the Thursday Night Mixed League at Marcin Bowl to record the ladies high triple.

Jim Creasor wheeled his career 19th perfect game in the Marcin Bluewater Men’s League. He accomplished the gem on lanes 21 & 22 in his first game and ended the night with 759 (300-247). He has recorded 299’s in the previous two weeks of league competition. Creasor participated in the Port Huron Bowling Association City Tournaments two weeks ago. He rolled two perfect games and his 14th 800 series registering 844 (300-267-277).

Mario Gonzalez fired 744 (269-248) in Marcin Monday Night Men’s League competition.
