"We obviously can score
goals." was the opening
line of Head Coach Dan
Rose after the 12 - 4
win over the St. Marys
Lincolns in Greater
Ontario Jr. B league
action. The
Legionnaires have
tallied a total of 23
goals in the last two
games.
"The kids are moving the
puck around well and our
power play is still
clicking." Rose said
"And we got some
contribution from
different guys tonight,
it's not the same guys
every night and our back
end is creating a lot of
offences."
The Legionnaires scored
six goals in the first
period, two in the
second and added four
more in the third.
Sarnia scored four on
five power play
opportunities.
St. Marys scored two in

Keating was the top
point getter with a

"All and all it wasn't a
bad game. They got a
little loose a couple of
times and they scored
some goals but it's hard
to play a game like
that."
Scoring for St. Marys
were Graham Brulotte,
Sean O'Brien, Jared
Lindsay (PP) and Jake
Alkins.
Sarnia outshot St. Marys
52 - 29. Cornel

The Legionnaires are 12
- 0 and look to tie
their 13 game record
that was set in 1989-90
against Lambton Shores
on Saturday.
"Because of the streak
the boys want to tie the
franchise record." said
Rose "We do know
that they are a decent
hockey team this year
and they don't like
playing us. It's on the
road so they will be
prepared to play and
we'll respect that and
our boys will be ready
to go on Saturday
night."
Game time is set for
7:30 pm.
