
Lambton College Basketball teams saw action in
Niagara over the weekend.
The
Men's side defeated Niagara College 88 - 80.
Forest native Mike Lucier led the Lambton Lions with
18 points, Brandon Padgett from China Township
scored 15 and Shawn Hill from Brantford added 9
points.
The
Men are now 1-1 in the early season.
For the Ladies they suffered their
second loss after being defeated by Niagara 67-57.
Fourth year Amanda Orr led the Lady Lions with 16
points. Rriley Williams scored 14 and Melissa
Ellis scored 10. All three ladies are from
Sarnia.
Next up the two teams will host Fanshawe College
in their Home Opener at Lambton College. The Ladies
take to the court at 6:00 pm followed by the men's
game at 8:00 pm.
