Bowling Scores for Week Ending Dec 12

                     

          Roy Mezzatesta, Billy Best and Morgan Pelkie rolled the top triples in Lambton County Tenpin Association bowling action this past week.

          Mezzatesta rolled 781 (245-279-257) in the Thursday Night Men’s League at Marcin Bowl to post the high triple of the week.

           Best hurled 780 (265-257-258 – 144 pins over average for three games) in the Bluewater Monday Night Men’s League at Marcin Bowl to register the second best triple of the week.

           Pelkie wheeled 628 (224-234 – 84 pins over average and 178 pins over average for three games) in the  SMAA Junior/Intermediate division at Marcin Bowl to record the youth high triple of the week and raise her average to 154.

         Marcin Bowl Shoot Out Four will take place on Tuesday January 5th/16 at 6:30.

          Jim Creasor tossed 742 (247-247-248) in Marcin Bluewater Monday Night Men’s League rivalry.           In Airey Lanes Thursday Ladies Happy Hour League fun, from a makeup week, the best scores were Lee Classen 458 (175), Bev Rankin 458 (171) and Carrie Wood 447 (179). This week, the upper scores were Bev Rankin 562 (216), Adwina Whitsitt 475 (189), Ada Brown 436 and Lori Japp 157.Team standings are Mouse 90, Seal 74, Crocodile 72, Monkey 62, Lion 60 and Elephant 50.

           In Airey Lanes Sunday Night Mixed League activity, the ladies’ top scores were Bev Rankin 504, Marilyn Mullen 466 (176), Michelle Fraser 465 (195) and Ada Brown 186. The gentlemen’s high scores were Harold Peters 496 (186), Ken McLeod 454, Tom Taylor 448, Ralph Noyle 170 and Tom Classen 164.           Topping off the ladies’ scores in the Marcin SMAA Junior/Intermediate division were Kira Pelkie 495 (190), Mikayla Durley 441 (167), Nicole Emery 427 (166), Cara Cullis 425 (189) and Madison Kehler 392.
