Sarnia Native Michael Marinaro and Partner Kirsten Moore-Towers placed in top ten

SEOUL Local skater Michael Marinaro of Sarnia and is Pairs partner Kirsten Moore-Towers from St. Catharines dropped two places in the standings after the long program at the ISU Four Continent Figure Skating Championships in Seoul, Korea.
 

Moore-Towers/Marinaro teamed up in spring 2014. Moore-Towers is a silver medalist in the Olympic team event 2014. Marinaro is the 2013 World junior silver medalist.
 

Canada's Meaghan Duhamel of Lively, Ont., and Eric Radford of Balmertown, Ont earned the gold medal and Lubov Iliushechkina of Moscow and Dylan Moscovitch of Toronto (former partner of Kirsten Moore-Towers) remained in sixth place.

 

China took 3rd, 4th & 5th place and the USA placed 5th, 7th & 8th and the pairs from Japan 10th.
