The Alvinston Indians participated in the OASA Great Lakes Provincial tournament in Tavistock July 10-12. Their 3rd place finish earned them a birth to the Senior Menís Canadian Fastball Championships in Saint Claire, Quebec at the end of August.

The Indians would drop their first game to the Kitchener Cubs 9-2. Rory Miller would take the loss for Alvinston, while Jon Baker recorded the win for Kitchener. Dan Mitchell would finish 2/2 with a homerun and 2 RBI for the Cubs.

In game 2, the Indians would send Travis Jones to the mound to face the Elmira Expos.
