Sarnia Jr Sting Bantam A Take Alliance Bristol Championship Title

The Sarnia Jr. Sting Major Bantam A team took the Alliance Hockey Bristol Division title last weekend after sweeping Brantford in 4 games in the best of seven final series. (4-2, 8-4, 3-2, 3-0)

Leading to the final series the Jr. Sting defeated Hamilton Red 3-0-1 in best of five quarter final round and went on and defeated Kitchener Blue 3 games to 1 in the semi finals.

In regular league action the Jr. Sting was the top team with an overall record of 20 - 8 - 4.

The Bantams will now compete at the OHF Bantam A Championships in Mississauga the weekend of April 10 - 12 against the top teams in the province.
