The London Jr. Knights tied
up the series last night in
London against Lambton with
a solid 5 - 1 win over the
Jr. Sting.
London scored 2 unanswered
goals in the first period.
Both sides were scoreless in
the second period.
Lambton scored the first
goal in the third period by
Alec Dekoning assisted by
Brock Perry. But
London went on and scored 3
unanswered goals for the
win. Brandon Glover
scored twice for London and
singles by Matt Mcghee,
Ethan Nother and Curtis
Ferreira.
Shayne Battler suffered the
loss in net for the Jr.
Sting made 28 saves.
Ryan Langford earned the win
for London making 24 saves.
The two teams are back in
action tonight (Monday March
2) for the deciding game in
Sarnia at the RBC Centre
with a puck drop set for
6:00 pm.
The winner of tonight's game
will move on to the final
round against Kitchener.
