All eight teams in the Sarnia
Hockey Association midget tiered
house league continued playoff
action with Beehive Windows and
Doors picked up their first win
after a 9-3 victory over Dante
Club. Alexander Tanguay led the
offence with four goals. Tyler
Oudman scored twice and added
two helpers while Dylan
Schroeter also found the back of
the net twice and earned one
assist. Jamie Roberts rounded
out the scoring with a goal and
an assist. Jennifer
MacNaughton, William Lee and
Tyler McNaught each had two
helpers and Peyton Demarco and
Matthew Desrosiers chipped in
with one.
Evan Vandenbossche answered with
a goal and an assist for Dante
Club. Mackenzie Fiddy and Evan
Kwan were the other snipers.
Zachery Montgomery, Kirsten
Smalls and Kyle Robertson
garnered the helpers.
After being tied 2-2 after 40
minutes, Lakeshore Optimists
suffered their first loss in the
playoffs 5-3 to Sarnia Cement.
Netting the goals for Sarnia
Cement were Zachery Roehler,
Jaggar Wark, Craig Vanderlaan,
Austin Cormier and Taylor
Iacobelli. Chipping in with two
assists was Jaggar Wark while
Mitchell Neal, Tyler Kapteyn,
Jacob Wilson, Zachery Turner and
goalie Daniel DiFederico each
had one. Both Logan Harvey and
Vincent Lavoie supplied a goal
and an assists for Lakeshore
while Megan Hunking rounded out
the scoring with one. Maxwell
Musico picked up a pair of
assists and Bryson Crossett
chipped in with one.
