LCCVI Lancers bombed the SCITS Blue Bombers in LSSAA Boys hockey action on Wednesday by winning with a final score of 11 - 1.

The Lancers took a 2 - 0 lead at the end of the first period with Brett DeBoer scoring the only power play goal in the game assisted by Kole Keating and Ryan Fraser.  Kole Keating added the second goal assisted by Luke Stephens and Devin Poort.

In the second the Lancers widened their lead to 4 - 0 before SCITS ended the shutout bid.  Frankie White from Josh Moore and Troy Whitely scored the first goal for the Lancers and Troy Whitely from Ryan Fraser and Frankie White scored the second Lancer goal.  J. Austin assisted by J. Romphf scored for SCITS. 

The Lancers would continue on their scoring frenzy and add five more goals before the second period was over.
Scoring for the Lancers were Josh Moore from Troy Whitely and Frankie White, Adam Robinson from Devin Poort and Brady Swan, Frankie White (his second) from Troy Whitely and Connor McKinnon, Josh Moore (his second) from Connor McKinnon and Riley Boyd from Devin Poort.

Third period action saw LCCVI adding two more goals with Brett DeBoer adding his second of the day unassisted and Luke Stephens scoring assisted by Kole Keating.

Brad Jacklin earned the win in net for the Lancers.

Both teams are back in action next week when the LCCVI and SCITS both play against St. Christopher. 
The game to watch next week will be the match up between St. Christopher and LCCVI as both teams are now 3 - 0 for the season and share the top spot.  This game will be played on Wed Dec 14 at 3:00 pm at the Clearwater Arena.

SCITS then will go up against St. Christopher on Thurs Dec 15 at 2:00 pm at Clearwater.
