Sarnia, ON - LSSAA High School athletics returned
after a two week exam break, as hockey and
basketball highlighted Monday's action.
In
basketball, St. Chris took on LCCVI in all three
boy's divisions. In Junior's the Cyclones won 54-22,
improving to 12-0 on the season and they currently
sit in first place in the junior ranks. LCCVI moves
to 3-9 on the season.
In senior
action, St. Chris also pulled off a victory winning
68-43, improving to 7-1 on the year and currently
sit in second place. LCCVI is 2-7, and sits in fifth
place.
The midget
game score has not yet been reported.
In boy's
hockey, St. Clair and Northern tied 3-3. Dylan Caron
scored twice for the Colts, and Sean Ginnell had the
other goal for St. Clair. Northern had goals by
Justin Moore, Tyler Annett and Braden Basso.
Northern
sits in third place with a 3-3-1 record, while the
Colts sit in fourth with a 2-5-1 record.
