Chatham, ON - The Sarnia Legionnaires went into their second overtime of the week, only this time coming out on top with a 4-3 victory over the Chatham Maroons Sunday night in Junior B hockey.

Chatham got on the board first, as Marco Canzoneri scored midway through the first period to give the Maroons a 1-0 lead.

Jason Teschke would follow up in the period with a pair of goals, one of which was short handed, as the Legionnaires got out of the period with a 2-1 lead.

In the second the Maroons would make it a tie, as Nate Pietens scored the lone goal of the period.

In the third, Chatham would retake the lead as Brennan Feasey scored to make it a 3-2 Chatham lead. But the lead would not last long as Derek D'Andrea scored just under a minute later to tie the game at 3-3, and sending it into overtime.

In the extra period, Jesse Drydak would pick up the game winning, scoring just 26 seconds into the overtime period.

Drydak ended the game with a goal and two assists, while Teschke also had a three point night, getting the helper on the Drydak goal. Sean Parker made 41 saves for his 11th win of the season.

Sarnia has played overtime in three of their last five games, and will look for a victory over the Lambton Shores Predators on Thursday, January 26th.
