The Northern Jr. Vikings jumped out to an early lead against the SCITS Bluebombers, scoring on their first possession when Mitchell Smiley ran the ball into the endzone from 40 yards out.  Mason Kett added the extra point.  At 4:36 in the first, the Vikings made it 14-0 when quarterback Kobe Lundy turned a broken play into a 35 yard touchdown run.  Kett added the extra point.  Smiley added two more majors, one in the first quarter and the other five minutes before the half.  One extra point conversion made it Vikings 27, Bluebombers 0 at the half.

Smiley was at it again in the second half, scoring on a 45 yard run early in the 4th quarter.  Mason Kett, taking a turn at running back, added the Viking's final major and converted the extra point to make the final score Vikings 41, Bluebombers 0.  Special mention to Jake Hugget who played a solid defensive game at the corner position and added a shoestring tackle on the game's final play, preventing a sure SCITS touchdown.
