11th IAAF World Championships

Hilary Stellingwerff of Canada placed 5th in Heat 1 with a time of 4:09.60 at the IAAF World Championships in Osaka, Japan.  With the 5th place finish in the qualifying round Hilary now moves on to the Semi-final heat on Friday August 31.  Hilary sits in 6th place overall heading into the semis.  Hilary is currently ranked 14th in the world and her goal is to finish in the top 12.
