The Sting made it 2 in a
row with a 6 - 3 win
over the Sudbury Wolves.
Sarnia took a 4 - 0 lead
by scoring in the first
period and adding 3 more
in the second. The
Wolves managed to score
2 goals in the second
period before the Sting
added another pair to
end the second leading 5
- 2. Sudbury would score
early in the 3rd to
narrow the gap slightly
only to have Matt Martin
score his second of the
night that turned out to
be the final goal of the
game to give Sarnia the
win with a final 6 - 3.
Peter DaSalvo went the
distance in net for the
Sting making a total of
28 saves. Ex -
Sting Sebastian Dahm was
in net for the Wolves
saving a total of 30
shots.
The Sting have the rest
of the weekend off for
Thanksgiving and head
for the Sault on
Wednesday to take on the
Sault Ste Marie
Greyhounds. They
are back at home next
weekend where they host
Barrie on Friday night
and Ottawa on Saturday.
Game time for both is at
7:35 pm at the SSEC.
