The Sting
were in Plymouth for the second half of
the home/home series against the Whalers
and both sides came up even for the
second time in 2 days. On Friday
the two sides were even with 2 - 2, on
Saturday they each added 1 goal to the
score to make it 3 - 3. Scoring
for the Sting were Matt Martin, Ben
O'Quinn and rookie Nathan Chiarlitti.
Shayne
Campbell and Johnathon MacQueen were
stong in net for the Sting with each
making 18 saves.
The Sting
head to Windsor on Thursday September 11
for a pre-season home/home series. the
Spitfire are then in Sarnia on September
13 for a 7:30 start at the SSEC.
