The BlueWater Premier
U-11 Jr. Blaze looked to move up the standings when
they travelled to London to battle the NorWest
Attack.
BlueWater struck first
when Daniel Vallee drifted a beautiful free kick
into the top part of the net. The lead stood at 1-0
at the half with Josh Graham providing shutout
goaltending.
The second half saw Nik
VanBilsen beat the NorWest keeper for a 2-0
BlueWater lead. Dilly Ohuegbe continued his
strong play by feeding a streaking Dylan Wardell who
deftly deked the NorWest defender and deposited the
ball behind a challenging keeper . 3-0 Blaze.
Mario Hudson preserved
the shutout and the Blaze moved ahead of 2 teams in
the overall standings.
