Fury U11 beat Norwest
Sarnia travelled to London
to face Norwest hoping to take 3 points after a
disappointing loss last week.
Sarnia got off to a bad start when a high deceiving ball
bounced over Elsley in goal for Norwest to take the
lead. Sarnia showed to be the stronger team and
equalized with a great strike from Anthony Fazzalari.
Against the run of play Norwest found themselves in
front again with a crossed ball finding an unmarked
player to tap in. Sarnia down 2 - 1 halftime.
Sarnia showed a lot of heart in the second half scoring
4 unanswered goals. JG Gardner pressed hard upfront with
a layoff to Riley Roberts to strike the equalise 2 - 2.
The go ahead goal found Dylan Caron beating the Norwest
defence and hitting a stunning strike high past the
keeper. Kraig Durco added a fourth hitting the post and
in and Riley Roberts got his second of the game with
another powerful strike lobbing the keeper and in at the
back post.
Solid display from Sarnia with another come from behind
win.
