In recent action the Spirit girls took on Oakridge and defeated them 3 - 1. Scoring for the Spirit were  Keirstynn Pettit, Maria Vani and Hayley-Paige Potvin (penalty kick)
.  Mackenzie Turner was in net for the win.

Last week the team traveled to Cambridge and lost 6 - 1.  Shaelynn Vangassen scored the
loan goal for the Spirit.

In Challenge cup action the Spirit lost a heartbreaker in double overtime with a final score of 5 - 4.
Scoring for the Spirit were Kristen Parkes, Melissa Blair, Kierstynn Pettit and Shaelynn Vangassen.
