Sarnia Spirit vs Norwest Wildcats

The Sarnia Spirit U11 team traveled to London on Monday night and came home
with a win over the Norwest Wildcats in a close game that ended with a final score of 2 - 1.

Kristen Parkes scored the first goal on a beautiful penalty kick.  Shaelynn Vangassen
scored the game winner.  Danielle Graham played an outstanding game in net along with
Emily Schaeffer and Mackenzie Turner and Nicole Moniz on the offence and Hayley Potvin and Maria Vani on defence.

Next up for the Sarnia Girls is a match between last years rivals the Chatham Strikers,  where the girls are at home for a 12:00 pm game at Veterans Field.
