The Sarnia Spirit hosted the
the Unionville Strikers in the Quarter final
round
on the Ontario Cup.
It
was a valiant effort and the Spirit did not
find its rhythm until the middle of the
second half. Unionville came out stronger in
the first half and dominated the game.
The Spirit
fought back in the second half and
controlled play for the latter part of the
game and created several really good scoring
opportunities. Scoring for the Spirit
was Eilidh MacIntyre.
