2nd July V Kitchener

Sarnia hosted 1st placed Kitchener hoping to take something from the League Champs.

Both teams started well, mostly played in the midfield, in which Sarnia had the upper hand .

Sarnia looked to be in control when Kitchener pulled ahead against the run of play. Kichener then added Another when a long range shot dipper over D'Alessandro in net. Sarnia kept battling. Once again Couldn't believe to be down at half time.
 

2nd half Sarnia played a great passing game, with Richael O'Neill, Ryan Lyle winning the midfield.

Their pressure paid off when O'Neill found Korror Harris in space who beat the Kitchener defence with pace and Slotted it past the Kitchener goalie. Sarnia playing with confidence and pushed hard but couldn't find the Equalizer. Final 2 - 1 win for Kitchener.

Encouraging play from Sarnia, one of their best team displays all season.!!

5th July V Cambridge

Sarnia travelled to Cambridge knowing the importance of picking up some points. Things didn't go well as they went down 2 - 0 at half.

A more spirited second half saw Sarnia pull one back from the penalty spot after Konnor Harris Was clean through and brought down in the box. Richael O'Neill converted the kick.

Sarnia then took the game to Cambridge and pushed to equalize, Cambridge countered and A 25 yard shot with minutes to go again dipped over D'Alessandro in the Sarnia net to finish the game
