Sarnia travelled
to London on August 11 for their last away
game. London worked hard in the first half
making Sarnia stay on top of their game.
London took the lead in the first half on a
high looped shot from outside the 18 yard
box. Sarnia’s ability to keep possession of
the ball slowly tired London. Sarnia took
control of the game halfway thru the first
half and kept working hard to come back and
win 4-1. Hannah Kennedy scored 2 goals and
singles came from Tori Taylor and Sydney
Mellon. Defensive play was at it’s best
throughout the game. A London parent
commented at the end of the game that the
Sarnia Spirit girls were the Detroit Red
Wings of Soccer!
Sarnia is

at 6pm vs Kitchener Spirit.

Henderson tournament in London.

of the 2008 season will take place at Norm
Perry Park in Sarnia. They will take on the
