The
Sarnia Fury U-14 Premier team
hosted Windsor on Saturday at the
Dante Club. The game began 40
minutes late because of referee
scheduling error. It was also
pouring rain so by the time it was
all said and done the boys were out
in the pouring rain for 3 hours.
The kids played a solid game but
came out on the losing end of a 2-0
score. the first Windsor goal was
scored from about 5 yards out as a
couple bounces found the ball going
to an open Windsor player and it was
in the back of the net before the
keeper could react. The second was
on a perfectly placed free kick from
20 yards to the top right corner.
Sarnia only generated a couple of
chances as defence was the name of
the game on this day.
Next action for the boys is Saturday
the 15th 3:00 p.m. at the Dante
Club.
