After a short lay-off, Sarnia Produce returned to the pitch to face a familiar opponent in Paddy Flaherty's.  The two teams have had some dramatic battles facing each other for the fourth time in the last three weeks.  The game was of utmost importance to the Azzurri as they are close to capturing the 2010 League title.

As in previous games, both benches were filled at the KO, with plenty of substitutes for the duration. Feisty play ensued as both squads held firm on the pitch. In the 65th min. of play, Gus Tsaprailis opened the scoring for Produce with a strike from 40 yards out.  The Paddy's keeper was caught out of position as the lofted ball found its way over his stretched hands, into the back of the net. At the close of the half it was Sarnia Produce 1 - Paddy Flaherty's 0.

The Azzurri stepped up the pace in the opening of the second half.  Persistence paid off with Produce striker Dino DeCarolis forcing a turnover deep in the Paddy's end.  He quickly picked up the loose ball and charged the goal on a breakaway, placing the perfect shot  into the bottom left corner of the net. The two goal lead was all that was required as the Azzurri defense closed out game denying any good scoring opportunities for Paddy's.  Olindo DeSena Jr. posted the shutout for Sarnia Produce.  Final score - Sarnia Produce Azzurri 2 - Paddy Flaherty's 0 .
