U7 Highlights from
June 30th
Trijan (Argentina) 1 vs Tim Horton's
(Ireland) 2
For Trijan: Good try for the boys in baby
blue. Trijan led most of the game but for a
unfortunate penalty shot and a quick goal after
in the dying minutes. In net was Connor Book and
Devin Brown. Carter Viglasky was the scorer of
the game.
For Magic:
Little Caesar's (Holland) 1 vs OPG
(Spain) 1
For Litle Caesar's: Congratulations to
Holland for their 1-1 tie to Spain. Special
mention to Alex Weir for scoring and to Brody
Morgan for goal tending. Excellent offensive
support by WYatt Ladanchuk, Matthew Gouveia,
Brent Menheere, Jeffrey Hebert and Minhea Balan.
Excellent defense by Saaim Khan, Kai Mandolesi,
Nicholas Xani and Garrett Darisi. The team
played a super game and and nearly held on for
the win, with Spain scoring in the dying seconds
of the game. Special mention to the entire team
for going the first half of the season
undefeated. Go Holland!!
Magic Realty (England) 3 vs Custom
Plumbing (Portugal) 0
For Magic: Great playing by the whole
team. Kyle MacDonald scored all three goals for
Magic Realty!
TSC (Italy) 1 vs Car Wash in the Grove
(Brazil) 1
For TCS: An exciting game between TCS/Lambton
Scientific and Car Wash, ended in a 1 - 1
tie. An amazing strike from about 20 yards out
by Aidan, resulted in a top
corner goal. Strong defensive play by Branyn,
Aidan, Ethan and Aaron ensured
Car Wash could only score 1 goal. Good luck next
week.
