Spirit in League Action
The Sarnia Spirit is
presently in second place in the L3 Regional League
after playing several league games this past week.
Against league leading Waterloo, the Spirit had
numerous chances to win the game but settled for a
0-0 tie. Karly Dobbin was in net for the clean
sheet.
The Spirit came back with a 5-2 win vs London United
as Danielle Girrard scored two goals with single
markers to Hanna Kennedy, Chloe Cadieux, and Jenna
Prevost.
In the away contest to London United, the Spirit
played a very physical game to defeat London United
1-0 on a goal by Jenna Prevost. Dobbin recorded the
shutout. Next action is a double header away against
Sault Ste Marie.
