After three weeks of preseason games, the Sarnia Ultimate Frisbee league played their first round of regular season matches on a hot and humid Thursday night.

At Canatara, Huck My Disc had a convincing 8-1 first half performance, however the Megalomaniacs were able to grab a respectable seven points in the second half.  Huck my Disc extends their winning streak to four games with the 15-8 victory.

At the Lansdowne Fields Hungate’s Mom opened the regular season with a win against the Dumpsters 15-11.  In a clash of the preseason-undefeated teams, H₂O pulled out a hard fought 15-12 win over the Red Army.  The Huckstables were able to pull out a victory after a winless preseason, they beat the Cookie Monsters 15-10.

In Petrolia the Ultimate Suspects used their experience to prevail over Bkejwanong 15-7.  Games continue Thursday June 12 including an interesting match-up between two strong teams in Petrolia – Ultimate Suspects and H₂O.
