Canada is going for Gold!

Canada defeated Sweden 7 - 1 on Friday to earn a spot in the Gold Medal game to be played against the USA on Saturday.  Canada and the USA are both undefeated in the Championships.

Carolyne Prevost added a single goal against Sweden to give her a total of 5 goals and 2 assist so far in the Championships.

On Saturday Russia and Switzerland with meet to determine 7th place, Finland and Germany to go for 5th/6th spot and Czech Republic and Sweden will play for the Bronze Medal.
