D&S Service
Centre clinched first overall in
the Sarnia Hockey Association
Midget Tier 1 house league after
a dramatic 10-7 finish over Mr.
Sub. This game seemed out of
hand at one point but give Mr
Sub credit as they rallied to
making it a 9-7 score before D&S
put the game away scoring into
an empty net. Once again it was
Adam Vanderlaan who led the
offense for D&S as he picked up
his second seven point game in
as many nights with four goals
and three assists. Peter Raymo
scored twice while singles went
to Jacob Serratore, Nicholas
Cooper, Aaron Cicchini and Joey
Salari. Jake Trussler earned
three assists while Cameron
Vandenbossche supplied two. Both

Kapteyn answered with a pair of
goals for Mr. Sub while Vaughan
Degurse and Zachery Matias each

L’Heureux supplied a goal and an
assist and both Ryan Gould and
Matthew Aalbers rounded out the
scoring with one. Picking up
helpers were Joseph Iaccino with
two and Griffin MacLeod, Jordy
Grondin, Ethan Dufour and Eric
Lange each had one. D&S goalie
Nicholas Gardner picked up his
seventh win during the playoffs
while Tier 2 goalie Jonathan
Kameka provided his service and
gave a valiant effort for Mr.
Sub.
Pt. Edward
Ex-Servicemen held on to a 7-5
win over Kel-Gor after scoring
the only goal in the third
period. Austin Freer scored
twice and added a helper in
leading Pt. Edward to victory.

Jarrett Jackson and Matthew
Clouse. Jayce Barnaby chipped in

Lucas Davis answered with a pair
of markers for Kel-Gor. Tim
MacNaughton, Marcus Cossa and
