"A" Cup Final
The Sarnia Hockey Association
Midget tiered house league
wrapped up their season this
past week with all 8 teams
competing in the Championship
games. D&S Service Centre won
the “A” cup division title with
a 9-3 victory over Mr. Sub.
Nicholas Cooper had his best
performance of the season as he
netted three goals for D&S.
Peter Raymo also had a strong
performance scoring twice and
adding two assists in his
efforts. Adam Vanderlaan scored
twice and added an assist to his
stats. Jacob Cottam picked up a
goal and two assists while Aaron
Cicchini earned a goal and one
assist. Ryan Smith was credited
with one assist.
Vaughan Degurse scored twice for
Mr. Sub giving him a total of 69
goals and 28 assists during
entire season. Adam L’Heureux
was the other sniper. Jacob
Ayers, Zachary Matias, Ryan
Gould and Matthew Aalbers each
garnered one assist in their
efforts.
Goalies Nick Gardner (D&S) and
Hendrik Lindout (Mr. Sub)
provided solid goaltending thru
out the season leading their
respective teams into this “A”
cup matchup.
Coaching staffs were Glenn
Cottam & Tim Turner for D&S
Service Centre and Ken Ayers &
Rob Manktelow for Mr. Sub.

"B" Cup Final
Kel-Gor took home the “B” cup
title after a 7-4 victory over
Pt. Edward Ex-Servicemen.
Daniel Joyce scored twice and
added an assist for Kel-Gor
while Ryan Nutt supplied a goal
and two assists. Donald
Stephenson and Kristopher Meads
chipped in with a goal and an
assist. Tim MacNaughton and
Lucas Davis tallied with a goal
apiece. Noah Murray, Nevan Smith
and Jordan Hyde garnered one
assist each.
Ethan Kilbreath scored twice for
Pt. Edward Ex-Servicemen while
Jayce Barnaby and Tim Hoven
rounded out the scoring with
singles. Eric Capes earned a
pair of assists while Austin
Freer, Jarrett Jackson, Matthew
Clouse and Matthew Woods each
had one.
Goalies Lucas Cicchelli (Kel-Gor)
and Noah Caverly (Pt.Edward)
finish off the season with
strong performances.
Coaching staffs were Keith
McCrory & Jon Hyde for Kel-Gor
and Jamie Kells & Gary Watson
for Pt.Edward Ex-Servicemen.
