Sarnia Jr B Pacers at London Blue Devils

The Sarnia Jr B Pacers win streak didn't last long as they took a 6 - 4 loss in London against the Blue Devils.

Sarnia led 2 - 1 after the first period.  Jimmy Purves scored just under the two minute mark in the opening period assisted by Aaron Schieman and TJ Mara.  Riley Thompson scored the second goal on the powerplay assisted by Lance Ross and Aaron Schieman.  Time of the goal 7:02.  At 17:38 London scored their single goal.

Second period action saw Sarnia open the scoring :48 seconds into the period to take a 3 - 1 lead.  Terry Millar scored assisted by Shayn Cox and Dan Charlton.  From this point on London did some damage control and scored 5 goals, 2 on powerplays to take the 6 - 3 lead after two period of plays.
 

In the third period both sides battled back and forth.  Sarnia scored the only goal in the period at 17:00 by Shayne Cox from TJ Mara and Dan Charlton.

Tyler Glebe took the loss in net for Sarnia, Shawn Snow was the winning goalie for London.

In Powerplay opportunities Sarnia went 1 for 4, London scored 3 on 7 opportunities.  Sarnia took a total of 34 minutes on 9 infractions, that included two 10 minute misconduct penalties to Sarnia's leading goal scorer Jimmy Purves (one a game misconduct). London took 8 minutes on 4 infractions.
