the
3rd
annual
Six
Nations
Jr B
Rebels
pre-season
Lacrosse
Tournament
over
the
weekend
and
went
0 -
3 in
the
tournament.
In
the
first
game
they
went
up
against
Halton
Hills
and
were
defeated
by a
score
of 5
- 1.
Aaron
Schieman
scored
the
lone
goal
for
Sarnia
with
Kyle
Jackson
and
Jim
Purves
asssited.
Second
game
was
a
closer
matchup
between
Sarnia
and
Kahnawake
that
ended
with
a
final
score
of 4
- 3.
Andrew
Mitchell,
Terry
Millar
and
Riley
Thompson
each
scored
singles.
Assisting
on
the
goals
were
Ben
Tamming
(2),
Shayne
Cox,
Kyle
Jackson
and
TJ
Mara.
In
the
final
game
the
Pacers
met
with
a
new
team
from
Toronto
and
dropped
a 5
- 2
decision.
Riley
Thompson
and
Ryan
Thomas-Green
scored
for
Sarnia
with
help
from
Aaron
Schieman
(2)
and
Josh
Yurchuk.
The
Pacer
2010
season
begins
with
three
away
games
the
first
on
Friday
April
16
in
Wallaceburg,
April
23
in
Welland
and
April
24
against
Spartan.
Their
home
opener
is
set
for
Wednesday
April
28
starting
at
8:00
pm
at
the
Clearwater
Arena.
