The Sarnia Bantam Pacers completed their season with the Provincial Championships held in Whitby Ontario.

In the first game, Sarnia met up with Arthur and came away with a 7-2 win.

Peterborough 2 was up next and the Pacers continued their winning ways with 7-3 victory.

Gloucester 2 was the Pacers final game of the round robin and came away on the winning side of the scoreboard 5-1.

Going undefeated in the round robin, the Pacers went on to the quarter finals and kept their Provincial championship hopes alive, beating Whitby 3 in a nail biter 8-7.

The semi-finals were up next.  The Sunday morning match up did not go as planned as the Pacers dug themselves too large of a hole to climb out of.  Innisfil beat the Pacers 8-2 sending the bantams home.   Although, the Pacers were disappointed, the players had a successful weekend and should be proud of their efforts.

Year end awards went to Darian Chappelle for Coach's Choice, Alex Lambkin for Most Dedicated and Kraig Durco for Most Improved. Michaeline Falla was also a co-winner of the Pacer of the Year award as she was a member of Bantam Girls Team Ontario who won GOLD.  Congratulations to all!

Head coach Kerry Adams summarized the season, "the Sarnia Bantam Pacers had a solid season this year. The boys played their best lacrosse this year in tournaments, going to 3 finals and the provincial semi final.  Even though they did not win any gold this year,  they did the coaching staff, their parents and most importantly themselves proud."
