The Bud Morrison Award recognizes a
person who over a number of years has
made significant contributions
to the
youth in their sport endeavors. (ie:
coach, manager, official, trainer,
facility maintenance, including school
officials)

Bud Morrison Award
Rick Taylor
Rick Taylor has
coached three
different sports for
33 years, guiding
his charges to
multiple
championships in
football, baseball
and hockey.
Included among his
triumphs are a pair
of provincial
baseball titles.
Among the many young
men he helped along
the way are Rob
Thomson, a coach of
the New York
Yankees, and Tony
McKegney, a former
National Hockey
League star.
