For outstanding performance at the professional level. Must have achieved professional status and maintained that level for three (3) years or three (3) seasons and be retired from his/her professional career for a minimum of three (3) years.

Rick Fraser

 

Fraser played Jr. ‘B’ in Sarnia and OHL hockey in Oshawa before moving on to the pro ranks, where he played for the Indianapolis Racers of the World Hockey Association. He also suited up for the Mohawk Valley Comets of the NAHL and a couple of teams in the IHL.
