Patricia Chalmers
Patricia Chalmers is a trailblazing athlete who has been involved in taekwondo at the local, provincial and national level. She was one of the first women in Ontario to obtain master's status and was the first female president of the Ontario Taekwondo Association.
Chalmers has a 5th Dan Black Belt, National Coaching Certification and both provincial and national refereeing certifications.
She has helped implement the sport at the high school level and has provided classes for disabled children as well. In her high school days she participated in badminton, basketball, volleyball and track.
If all that wasn't enough, she is also an avid skier.
